Cheese Pairing Recommendations

For the Sauvignon Blanc, pair with fresh goat cheese or double- or triple-cream brie. 

For the Merlot, pair with gruyere or goat cheddar. 

For the Cabernet Sauvignon, pair with extra sharp cheddar or parmesan.

We recommend taking the cheeses out 45 minutes before the tasting to bring them to room temperature.
