2018 Vineburg Chardonnay Details Varietal: 100% Chardonnay.
Vineyard & AVA: 100% Vineburg Vineyard in Los Carneros AVA.
The wine was 100% barrel fermented then aged for six months in 93% in stainless steel barrels and 7% in 60-gallon new French oak barrels.
All barrels were stirred once a week for five months.
21% of the blend completed malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes: Delicate aromas of lemon peel, flint and bright minerality carry over to the palate, with ripe honeydew melon on the finish.
2016 Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon Details Varietals: 81% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Merlot, 3% Petit Verdot, 3% Cabernet Franc.
Vineyards & AVAs: Napa Valley AVA. 54% Silverado Vineyard, 40% Mt George Vineyard, 6% Oakville Station.
16.5 months barrel age in 44% new oak. Overall oak profile: 90% French, 6% Hungarian, 4% American.
