Limited Cabernet Sauvignon
Vintage Notes Three inches of May rain reduced set, yielding smallest crop on record, 2.5 tons per acre. Mild growing season with harvest starting September 18 stretching into the end of October. Short crop and moderate season produced intense, aromatic, concentrated wines. Winemaker's Notes Marking the tenth vintage of wine grown, produced, and bottled on the estate, Silverado introduced its 1990 Limited Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, only the third to be made. A selection of the best wines from this superb vintage, it was carefully assembled in the cellar and given extra bottle age before release.
